Biography Royal Visionaries
Patrik Sjostrom : music programming Steven Cochran : lyrics and vocals Royal Visionaries are a modern synthpop band consisting of Patrik Sjöström (Sweden) and Steven Cochran (USA). Our first CD release, Back to Yazoo, is a Remix E.P. featuring original tracks plus remixes by eleven prominent electronic artists from all over the world. We have done cover versions of "The Day Before You Came" (ABBA), from the CD "Thank You For The Music - An Electronic Tribute To ABBA", released on Flying Saucer Records and "At Last" (Boytronic), from the CD "This Is Not The End Of Love - A Tribute to Boytronic", released on Intrapop Records (Germany) We also have inclusion of the track "Back To Yazoo (Digital Explosion Remix) on the compilation release "WXJL - The Best Of Future Wave Radio, Volume 3", on Ninthwave Records. Following that, we have finished work for two more compilations : "Rocket - A Tribute to Dead or Alive" www.doatribute.com and "The Fixx - An Electronic Tribute" www.fixxtribute.com, both released on Sec+ion 44 Records www.section44.com Also on Sec+ion 44, the recent release of Sector 1, the first compilation release from the label, with the inclusion of our track "Choir Of Angels (Chinese Theatre Remix) www.Chinese-Theatre.com “Analogue Fairytale� is the exciting Debute Album for fans of Classic Synthpop who will enjoy the carefully crafted blending of 80’s elements with modern technology, infectious melodies and memorable hooks.
