The current electronic based works are mainly instrumental. Taking inspiration from the environment, travel, the elements and technology. The accompanying visuals are intended to enhance the whole musical experience. Each piece of work is a journey in it's own right.

I use basic PC based technology to create the music and videos. I've stripped things right back. No banks of synths or effects, just a good PC and simple software. Keeping things basic means I have more control on the eventual output. Using samples and sequences are the key elements to the work. I like to add subtle changes like reserve samples and surround echo and dated effects. I can control the technology and not the other way around.

The videos are a mixture of interpretive graphics and live action. I like the grainy quality of the live action videos using just a standard Fuji F10 6.2 megapixel digital camera (no video zoom) , which just has a very basis video option. I like to add additional effects included some reserve media. On the video for End Of The Road the driving was all done on the left side of the road. Part of the video is mirrored. That's caught a few peopel out. The visuals are all new to me and I'm experimenting and thinking of ideas all the time.

Please feel free to get in touch and let me know what you think.

Namaste
