In london we have now "4" synthpop/ebm night's. In a country that has been sending out crap music scenes worldwide..this is a nice change. The re-surgance started with!

Fisherspooner,Gary Numan both topping the top 25 in the UK charts.. A change from one indie club night at the Verge into a Electroclash/Synthpop night and Electric Dreams club not selling out to commercialism for 6 hole years. People are bored with Blandom ..and dull Indie Kids whineing about how marvelous the Sixtys was.... Theyre fed up with RAP and R&B.........and the Blandom of House and Techno!

With act's like Softcell,John Foxx,Depeche Mode,Gary Numan,Human Leauge the UK has always had hope and now the new generation Electroclash/Synthpop/EBM acts like Mesh,Inertia,Ju-Ju Babies I think were back to Storm the Scene again with that British Sound again.

Im just happy the American Scene was there to keep us going and the German and Scandinavian Wave scene have been a help...Shame the EBM Clubs can't keep up with the change.....In slimenight the most requested music is Ultravox,Softcell,Depeche Mode,Mesh.............<and still the DJ's prefer to play VNV to an empty floor and a bored crowd ie: the top floor at Slimenights every Saturday......and The Electric Ballroom( a dump )crap dance every friday oh well least we have a little scene building!

This is good news!

For one thing, it means there's hope for the music in the UK, which is cool becasue that's where most of the genre came form in the first place.

And for another thing, I'm planning to go to the UK in a few months, and damn would it be cool to go out clubbing.

Gossips club was the home of the first ever 80's/industrial/goth nights worldwide back in the day it used to be called Billy's(night club)...youll love electricdreams though not another night like it anywhere!!!!

Oh me like this!!
I´m planning to visit London in a couple of months (hopefully) and it will be great to go to these places.
Electric dreams is of course numbero one on my list at the moment of some special reason....

aVIL.....ermm cant think why Electric Dreams is so appealing must be the Dancer with Trilby on lol ...No it is an amazing night theres never been one bad night in 5 yrs music is diffrent every week ..ie covenant 1 week then camflauge and Apop the next ..youll love it plus youll be escorted round the club !
