Prodigy is back
Who's heard the new single "Baby's got a temper" from Prodigy's up and coming album. I still don't know what to think of it yet (a bit anti-climatic but maybe it will grow on me). Any how I guess I'll just wait till the album comes out.
Any thoughts?

I like Barby's Got A Temper, mind you it sounds like it could have been a track on Fat of The Land. There really isn't any progression.
It is unmistakably Prodigy!

It definitely sounds like something off Fat of the land, it's good I was just hoping they'd move away from some samples they have used before. They are still in the studio working on the new album so I guess only time will tell what the lads will crank out. It's been too long since a follow up album.Originally posted by Human Clone

Okay first of all, please no one get offended, I'm a huge Prodigy fan from way back since Music For A Gilted Generation...(Thank god for the movie Hackers)...But I'm not impressed at all with this one...
First off, I'm unhappy that they used a sample from Firestarter...And the circus-esque sample that repeats throughout the song gets on my nerves after awhile...I can definately see this as being a Prodigy album, and I'm really glad Ian decided to not dramatically change their sound too much...Then again, like you already mentioned, I have yet to hear the entire album, so maybe this was just a bad choice for a single to start things off...
I do want to hear and will still buy the album when it arrives though...I don't care what they sound like, I'm not disowning them as a fan...

my oppinion is that babys got a temper dont really is that good...
dont get me wrong.. i love prodigy..
but after the two first albums they became much more harder then before....
more commercial in a way...
and that changed it..
the fat of the land was so dark and hard and this one is too i think..
so i must say that prodigy was best in teh beginning...

the album may suprise me..

I really like "Baby's got a Temper"! I think I really like it because the radio station I listen too plays mostly hard rock music so when Prodigy comes on I get excited to here some electronic music.
