Depeche Mode new album is coming!

Looks like this is for real and the record is finished. Some of the tracks may be returning to the pure synth roots which I for one am very excited about. This should be rockin'. Looking forward to this hard core.

Geeez. They're still making albums? Aren't they in the Rock and Roll Hall of fame yet?

Seems like they are as venerable as Rolling Stones or Aerosmith. Over 20 year careers deserve some sort of an award or something.

A return to their synth roots? Oh, I do hope so. I haven't like their last couple of albums as a whole. A few tracks on them were good, but mostly it just left me wanting the DM of old.

Wonder when the new songs will leak to the net. Given past history, I'd say not too long.
