I go to the gym. Don't do much of the other stuff though.

I take my multi-vitamins and some extra C every day. Try to eat pretty healthy too. I only do it because I hate being sick.
As far as excercise, I'm on a track and road racing team, so I compete in about 50 races per year. I play a lot of basketball too. Excercise is good stress relief for me or anyone. Good way to get a rush without using drugs. I think we could all use a rush now and then. I've also been lifting weights at the gym since last October.
