Theres a promo copy going around with promo disclaimers spoken over the tracks.

Listening through it, its really hit or miss. It definetly is more of a continuation of sounds you heard on Northern Light.

That being said, I think it is real hit and miss. There are some definetly great tracks and I am digging Ritual Noise and Brave New World.

the Covenant album has leaked without the promo talk-overs... leaked last weekend (if not before)

i'm trying to figure out who exactly is leaking it because i'm curious.. they go by "KYWH" and there is another one who leaked the Mesh album

but KYWH leaks all the albums... they leaked the APB album and single early, the Covenant, the VNV, just about every industrial album out there too

I was under the impression that KYWH is a naming convention probably indicating the ripping software used to encode the disc. Therefore... it wouldnt be the same "culprit" if you will.

Damn... I miss my audiogalaxy >.<

oh i dont know what KYWH means exactly so it could be that... but by reading their info files they put with the albums i thought that they were some group of people that rip albums together as a group and call themselves "KYWH"

like there is also another group called AMOK that i've seen release some industrial music before

    and there are others...

but i don't know anything other than that

I think AMOK is the same deal...

"AmoK Playlist CoPy lets you import and export from many Winamp playlists (*.m3u; *.pls) and Windows Media Player Playlists."

There is no underground '¤¤¤¤ the record industry' organization illegally leaking albums.

Even though... I think there should be.

There is groups. It's not KWYH, it's FWYH which stand for 'F**k What You Heard' who rip all the new Industrial/EBM stuff and AmoK who rip more Synthpopy stuff. I remember the names from when cEvin Key from Skinny Puppy openly declared war on these two groups.

when did Cevin Key declare war on them? i don't blame him for doing so because they rip EVERYTHING and always months before it comes out...

i want to know who they are.. whether they are in radio or what

I presume initaly 'cos they were ripping Subconcious Record's stuff. cEvin is probably in thay middle bracket of artists who pirating hits hardest (not so big that they are millionares, not so small that they still have a day job, someone who makes a living out of music but not so much as to not actually see a dent in his earnings when sales go down).

Well, seeing as they are doing somthing illegal you will never find out who they are, cEvin did'nt. Promo. copies are pretty numerous in europe, especialy for the bigger bands. Take the three 'big' recent ones. I didn't have to go to P2P for any of them. I legitimatly got given the new Mesh, I got the new De/Vision as a X-Mas present from another DJ and the same DJ let me rip his Covenant ('cos it's got the promo stuff on it and I'll have to buy it anyway), these things are pretty east to get hold of if you really want to, I have even seen them on eBay for time to time.

yeah i know they are easy to get, i didn't get any of them off Soulseek (or any program like Soulseek)... and the Covenant album has been leaked without the promo voice-overs for awhile

the two albums i'm really looking for are:

    Yendri : Playdoll
    &
    XPQ-21 : Alive

Yendri's new one is available to buy off Wumpscut's website but it's listed in german money so i'm weary to buy it with my credit card because i dont know how it's gonna work so i'm waiting for Metropolis to get them in their store

    Freezepop - Fancy Ultra Fresh
Les Anges De La Nuit - can't remember the name but it is a pretty lame cd.
Orange Sector - Flashback (getting ready to hear Bassprodukt once Todd ships it to me)
    Conetik - Carbon Elektriq v2
    Melotron - Sternestraub

who knows what I'll throw in next...
I am on myspace because no one else is.:
