I'll go with Covenant's "Call the ships to port" and the "Forest" remix as well. Also it's not really a single, but I absolutely love Melotron's "Wuensch mich nicht zurueck" from "Sternenstaub". Lovely song. But the best for me has to be Wolfsheim's "Kein Zurueck" and "Find you're gone".
