Really? I'm the opposite. I love A Christmas Story, but never clicked with NightMare Before Christmas...

I have to say all of those old "clay-mation" Christmas shows. The ones where there is the Abominable Snow Beast and then that one where the elf wants to be a dentist. I know they are so funny to look at now...but as a kid they rocked. Sometimes they even had guests like Berl Ives singing...so you know it had to be fun...:woohoo:

    Menace,

How dare you refer to 'Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer' as "The one where there is the Abominable Snow Beast and then that one where the elf wants to be a dentist."!!

I have to agree with you. All the claymation cartoons are great. Remember The Heat Miser and Snow Miser? Those were great.

Now, if we're talking movie movies (not cartoons), I'd say 'Christmas Vacation' and 'The Grinch'.

I'm only playing with ya The reason why I know these cartoons so well is because I still watch them every year. I'm like a big kid when it comes to Christmas.

I would agree that all of the Die Hard series were wonderful Christmas films--there is nothing like seeing John Amos being sucked through the engine of a 747 to warm the cockles of your holiday heart...
