too much blah, blah, blah, the point is that De/Vision (with or without Lorenz) is falling and it is not appealing nor interest right now, there're better bands which deserve more attention. I think that the begining of the end for De/Vision was when Markus left the band. real pitty.

It will be interesting to see what Markus comes out with. Although I still love their stuff, I think they released the best albums with Markus (Fairyland?, Monosex).

There are no new better bands than De/Vision!! I still love what they create - noone does it better. I don't know anything about the relationship between them and Lorenz though....

i tend to disagree with you, there was a boom here for De/Vision's music, that was around the time when they launch Monosex, now people doesn't even request any songs from them on my continuous song roster when i'm Dj stuff. Real pitty.

no, our relationship is just a personal - private relationship.
i have nothing to do with his new project and i was pleased nothing to say about his projects.

but we can go one step further in the past: stefan , he left the band in 1991, i am involved in his project. i reanimated him and now he is starting slowly without any presure.

I love "Two" ... it's one of my all-time favorite albums.

Devision are not falling. They are still the best. Two and Devolution are much better than Fairyland, sorry.
I liked Marcus songs as much as Thomas/Steffen combo but he was not very good singer. If he finds a good singer with a voice at least as good as Steffen´s, he can compare with Devision.

Since De/Vision is still one of my all-time favorite bands, I may be a bit bias here………………

But I personally think that De/Vision has consistently released quality albums which surpass most synthpop records outhere nowadays. Stress out the word ‘CONSISTENCY’ here……… Regardless band members problems and management turmoils, I can only say that their quality music is STILL what separates De/Vision from other groups (specifically in synthpop/electro scene). And bravo to that!!

Nope. Two, Void and Antiquity are best.

I'm afraid (imo) both of them aren't best singers. They write a great music though. So I'd suggest Markus work with Mark of Mesh .
