Speaking of which: I've been wanting to know something about JMJ. How does he pronounce his last name: "zharr" or "zhar-AY"? Is the "e" silent or accented? Help from some of you fellow synth instrumental fans would be much appreciated.

I believe it's "zharr"... the last "e" is sort of silent. Sure is not Jarrey or anything like that from what I can tell. Think French here...
A native french speaker please give a final word on this.

okay, not to knock anyone's taste in music, but there's this girl in the office next to mine that constantly blares this f'in guy's music all day, EVERY day of the week. if i hear another john mayer song i will personally find this mayer person and beat him over the head with that 5 disc ADD synthpop box set. that ought to do some damage. okay, so i had to be at work early today after seeing radiohead at the i'm a little hungover. mayer is not what i want to hear this morning....oh god she's playing it.

LMAO @ John Mayer bashing! He is awful. Everytime I see his ugly face on Mtv I want to puke. He seems to think he has this little thing called talent, and actually I think he's right. But ENOUGH ALREADY!!! I am so tired of him. And Norah Jones for that matter. Both are talented, but overplayed.
Now, for my rainy day music (and god knows I see a lot of 'em living in Maine...)

    2. Boards of Canada - Music Has The Right To Children
    3. Recoil - Bloodline
