That's seriously messed up. I just tried it out (on our own music of course) and I was able to download and listen to each track. And no, it's not legal. Good thing it's only a track here or there. I guess bands need to start thinking about only putting up clips and not whole songs.

That sux. Anything that can be streamed can be caught and setup for download. Strange how sites like this can be and are allowed by their ISP to run.

Hmmmm.
You are talking about all the under the radar sharing groups that so many kids must be using. I bet it is one huge "cool" circle of HS and College kids that are bleeding millions from the worldwide music business with this new Internet capability.
