Does anyone have any recommendations for a vocal preamp/compressor (it will be used for recording, not live) ranging from 100$ to 600$. Here are those that I'm looking at, any comments on them? If it helps to know what mike I'm using, it's a Audio-Technica 3035.

Presonus VXP
Presonus Tubepre / Bluemax
M-Audio Tampa
DBX 576
DBX 376
Focusrite VoiceMaster Pro

Other suggestions are welcome.

Mic pre-amp : Presonus blue tube (http://www.presonus.com/html/products/bluetube.html)

For compressor, the Composer Pro by Behringer do the job and have a transparent sound.
