Dead or Alive - Nude

I was just curious if anyone else loves this album like I do. I bought it in Pittsburg, PA the same night I saw Depeche Mode in concert, so whenever I listen to it, the memories just flow. :)

There is NOTHING that pete burns has EVER touched that i don't love....lol....despite him being a colossal ¤¤¤¤¤....(or maybe because) i absolutely love him..i just got the 2 disc/limited edition book set of Evolution (their greatest hits) and it's amazing..i HIGHLY recommend it.....gotta love the D.O.A.!!!!!

Hi,

'I Cannot Not Carry On' and 'Come Home With Me Baby' are my favourites from NUDE. I found though, that the commercial/light weight end of Stock, Aiken & Waterman influenced a major part of that album and in doing so, didn't appeal to me. Check out Nukleopatra (soory if that spelt wrong), that a cracking album.

The synth riffs and programming on Nude were by far for me some of the most complicated stuff Pete Burns and Steve Coy put together, and it's also most of my favorite DOA songs...Turn Around And Count 2 Ten, the freestyle-esque Come Home With Me Baby...Oh man those are classics IMHO :)

Okay, no joking, but I honestly have a promo poster laying around somewhere in my music closet of the Nude album cover that I once had framed and hanging in my room...Ssshhhhhh, we'll just keep that on the D.L. :D
