Is a yamaha PSR-E313 a good keyboard?

I want to learn keyboard & i have been looking at this one for christmas.
Im interested in more of the piano sound rather than techno side, Is this a good keyboard to start with or shall i downgrade/upgrade?

Yes, it's a step above an entry level keyboard. It is great for the price and it has a lot of frills and sounds. I have a Yamaha keyboard and I am happy with it. You'll enjoy it I'm sure.
