Um, I'm feeling a bit dumb right now, so I'm hoping someone can give me a pointer here.
I downloaded a file that was a MIDI sysex dump of a patch bank for my Matrix 6R. I loaded the MIDI file into Sonar, aimed the channel at the MIDI interface that the Matrix is on, hit play......and nothing happened. Perhaps I was naive in thinking it was that simple. Is the way I should do it, or am I completely in space here? Perhaps there's something hidden away in MIDI Quest that will do this instead?
