Hi Everyone!!!
This just in from www.xhibition.net
Due to inner and outer farces beyond control, we had to take some time the past year to recollect and reorganize. Without getting into too much unnecessary detail, we have pared down some non-Exhibition musical obligations and are focusing on new original material. We appreciate the phone calls and emails regarding our whereabouts and the status of the ever elusive album. We are happy to report that the album is back on track and will see the light of day in the early part of 2003. Darren Burgos of the psychedelic trance band Psychoid joined the band back in May. He's an absolute synth wiz and has been a supreme joy to collaborate with.
***So it would appear the band is now back on track to dominate the local scene in 2003, I know I for one am looking foward to it...You can get all of the details from the site address listed above, and as a bonus theres an mp3 available for download of their new track "Extraordinary"!!!
Don't miss out guys and gals, Exhibition is definately a band to watch in 2003 :D

I did shows alongside Exhibition a long time ago. We're talking a decade ago. I'd like to wish them well, but it seems that they've always been the band to watch, and somehow they're always on the cusp of something big but.... We'll see. They do always sound good.

Synthez, you can download everything off of their www.mp3.com/exhibition site...Too bad their site has been down so long, they used to have a really killer cover of Dead Can Dance's Xavier...
And yes I'm a huge Exhibition fan, they're good friends of mine :)

As far as I know it's:
Sean Niles- Vocals, keys, programming, etc...
Anne D. Wilson- Guitars, keys, programming etc...
Steve Reno- V-Drums, (damn he rocks on the Roland V's)
and the newsest member in Sean's own words is none other than:
"Darren Burgos of the psychedelic trance band Psychoid joined the band back in May. He's an absolute synth wiz and has been a supreme joy to collaborate with."
Hey Meg, I still have an old shirt too...Mine is the Exhibition, Back With A Bite Vampyre shirt :D

The V-Drums are a kit desinged and manufactured by Roland that's basically every drum kit ever made and then some rolled into one...
I'm not up to date with the current model, but the original I played with in the store was able to reproduce real-time response, tuning, fills, and touch sensitivity...One of the coolest features it has, is the cabability to make the sound come out of the amps, as if you were playing any model real drum kit, and in any environment...
I'm not a big fan of drum trigger pads on electronic drum kits...They tend to draw too much bounce with the sticks, and thats the beauty of this kit...It has real drum heads electronically wired together...I'd recommend using real cymbals and hardware, but aside from that, it's bar none the best drum kit out today above anything I've ever played...
