Trying something new here. This is an auction to bid on a certificate which will enable the holder to register to receive every CD that Ninthwave Records (www.ninthwaverecords.com) has put out or will put out in the future. The certificate is transferable, so you can pass it along in your will!
Two (2) Certificates are up for bid.

Some restrictions and clarifications
1) Holder of the certificate must notify Ninthwave Records of any address changes or if they pass the certificate along. Failure to do so will make the certificate null and void.
2) Only one person and address per certificate.
3) Holder is entitled to a copy of each release that Ninthwave Records has or will, in the future, release under the Ninthwave Records or Ninthwave Alt Records name.
4) Copies will be delivered to the registered address within 60 days or the official release date found on www.ninthwaverecords.com.
5) No other guarantees or warranties apply.

Good luck and please email us with questions if you have them…

Hi, Just to be really clear, obviously once you win and pay for this auction you do not have to pay for any future CDs. Think of this as a life time subscription!

A question: If one has already signed up for the 2003 Ninthwave/Cohaagen CD club, and wins this, then what happens? A refund?
