Today we broke the 50+ members online "simultaneously" mark.
This is a major indicator of the site's popularity in the great big cyberworld and we have slaved for the past year to get things to this level of activity.
This number is perhaps one of the most important markers on just how many people out there know about EGN and visit us daily.
Grow, grow, grow!
Besides, we need all the good news we can get...

Interestingly, Ive found that on sites that have 1200 or 20,000 around 50 people at any given time is the norm...so this is good news!(I swear even if a site had a million members youd still only get maybe 75 people online at any given time tops)
That said...I can think of a few ways to expant EGN. This is now one of my fave forums. Having it lead the reader directly to this forum when you click on 'forums' on side-line.com is very good.
I think EGN should host a couple more band specific forums, though I understand the bandwidth thing. I feel strange for not haven known about this sooner, as Ive been participating on online electronic music discussion forums for many a year.
I firmly believe the days of yahoo clubs/groups and other
mailing groups are dead.
I personally would love to see this site expand to 15,000 soon. I mean if Megatokyo.com can get that in 2 years Im sure EGN can!^_^
I think EGN should team up, persuade, payoff, etc to have EGN be the forum of choice for not just side-line.com when ya click there...but industrialnation.com(miraculously after 5 years they actually updated that site and have an issue coming out...with a hot rivet chick on the cover to boot!), Metropolis Records,
and a number of other sites.
But congrats for sure! The more the merrier on here!

It must be the Quality of the exsisting Member's which builds this place..and also all the ladies love my English Charm and Sleeze lol
No fifty is a lot at any one time.....most impressed with everything like the item points etc....the charts..only place like it on the web ..just everything is amazing ....So thankyou Madam ADMIN and Cats last Dance and all the Moderators here........
