When when when? Ummm ... I mean, am I just missing something here? This band deserves its own forum!

yeah I agree, Anything Box should have their own forum. They are a monument of synthpop.

Kelly, contact the band and ask them if they would support a forum here. If they would, tell them to contact Admin or post in this thread. I also would suggest contacting any Anything Box lists and ask the fans to post here in support of your forum. That's how the iris forum was started. The key is this: the band has to post here occasionally and fans have to post here as well. I wish you luck! :)
I would like to see an Anything Box forum here as well.

Ok ... I have been struggling with this for some time now. Why do I not like Anything Box? I mean, I am friends with many people who love the exact same music I do, they are HUGE fans of Claude and Anything Box. I can't for the life of me get into them.
Stephanie is right. Someone in the band or a rep (such as a manager etc) should be involved in the forum and the band needs to be in support of the forum. I know Anything Box has their own forum or message board as well. Sometimes bands who have their own thing going aren't as interested. I am sure if there is a demand demenstrated for such a forum, it can come to pass.
Oh, and the article in Penthouse was quite interesting. On the cover they are called 'The Beatles for the 21st Century" and also called in the article "The most famous unknown band". Penthouse loves these guys.

Castledance, have you ever listened to Hope? The album is phenomenal. Every song on the album is awesome. It's by far Anything Box's best to date. If you haven't checked it out, you really should. Just a tidbit. =) I can't imagine anyone not liking it.

Craig, I will burn you a Anything Box compilation cd that I have. A friend of mine, Interface 2X (Colin) burned it for me. I don't have all of the song titles right here next to me, but he said they are the best songs from them. I will give it to you on Saturday at our get together. :)

I'd like to chime in and say that an A-Box forum would be a great addotion to this forum, and should be tried out...They are a great influence to many of the artists here (myself included), and with their career spanning well over a decade now, theres plenty to talk about :)
