I got to hear the new erasure cover album today, since it's being distributed through my company. All I can say is it's fantastic!

First track was Solisbury Hill by Peter Gabriel and when the beat comes in you will be all grins, it's classic erasure.

We only had one copy for the office with someone standing there to make sure that there was only one copy.

Well just a heads up it's coming out in January and you will not be dissappointed by it, in fact you might want to go out and cover some songs just to see how good they come out. Erasure chose some great songs for this album you'll be digging every one of them.

"You lost that loving feeling" by the Righteous Brothers, though I thought I'd probably hate it, because who can actually cover that song and get away with it? Well erasure did it somehow and it's a great track, really stellar.

Ok enough from me, I'll let you wait, you'll be hearing more soon I'm sure.

Keep your eyes peeled, because january isn't that far away and you should hear the first single off it soon, think it's going to be Solisbury Hill.

Track list is safe to post it was in billboard magazine, I dont' think it's a secret.

Vlad a little bit pilfered from the Billboard article.

Re-energized by the project, Bell and Clarke are already working on their next self-penned Erasure studio project. After avoiding substantial touring in recent years, the group plans to hit the road sometime in 2003. A theme of Edwardian dress will likely be incorporated, "to honor the era when the gramophone was invented," according to the statement, with costume changes that will bring the group up to the present day.
