Shame the non-smoking nazi's reigned and won on their 2 questions. At least those 2 were advisory questions and not actual amendments.

See, I think having pot for personal use is no big deal. It's better for you than alcohol. I've always kinda preached that we should legalize pot and ban alcohol.

But I dunno about three ounces. That's a lot.

I wouldn't go so far as saying pot is better for you than alcohol. Perhaps the direct effect of pot isn't as severe as alcohol, but I still see it as a gateway AND neither is good for you period.

I don't get the "gateway" drug argument at all. Makes no sense to me. That's like saying playing with guns as a kid is a "gateway" to becoming a mass murderer later in life, or spanking your child for doing something wrong is a "gateway" to becoming a child abuser. It's ridiculous.

If you go on to shoot up heroin or snort coke, you do so because you chose to. It's not pot's fault, it's not the coke's fault, it's not the heroin's fault. It's yours.
