This might sound like a stupid question, but what's the meaning of Carpe Diem I assume is in german... but still don't know the meaning of it.

Carpe Diem was actually my graduation class saying, motto, whatever you'd choose to call it...It translates to

"sieze the day"

In other words, go for it, take hold of it, control it, no matter what it's reffering to...Make the most if it...

And knowing you Charles, I'm assuming you're talking about Silica_Gel's song Carpe Diem??? :D

Also, to my knowledge it's not german but latin.

Yes very true, tis' Latin :D

Oh and if that is Silica_Gel Charles is reffering to Carpe Diem for, everyone should give that song a spin...Killer synth/ebm with Spanish vocals, total dancefloor filler :)

Hmm. I'll have to have a look around for that song. The only one I have heard of is the one by BiGod 20.

If you were indeed referring to the bigod 20 song, check out the movie dead poets' society, where the title, and samples for the song come from. Good flick.

well I heard this song from bigod20, silica gel (spanish Version) & segunda fundacion Many covers of this song.

I wasn't aware this was originally a Bigod 20 song...Is Silica_Gel's version very different from the original???

Now ....isn't there a band called Carpe Diem??? I saw their CD in Frankfurt and heard one of their songs in a copillation a while ago. I think they're Germans...

anybody?
