Okay folks, time for a second volume of WXJL. “WXJL Presents: Music from the nu-electro and electropop underground volume 2.”
The first WXJL CD has been doing well, only out for a month. The reaction has been over all very good, there is a thread here on EG that has reviews. People seem to find it a good way to get an introduction to new bands. And for under $6 how can you go wrong?
The first volume had 16 tracks. I already have about 7 tracks reserved, so I expect the tracks to go faster on this one. The goal is to have the set out in early January 2003 during the “slow” time so there will be more space for the Cd to get noticed. I also tweaked the title somewhat to attract more of the people caught up in the current electro scene.
These Cds are partially band funded so there is a small fee to be included, email me to for more details. Each band gets 30 Cds to do with as they see fit. The Cd will be sold on Cdstreet, Amazon, ADD and other outlets. If you are a “band” (one person or 25, makes no difference) and have a finished track you would like to put on please drop me an email at info@ninthwaverecords.com
