NEW SONGS ON SYNTHPOPALOOZA RADIO

Ok, here are some new tunes for you to check out on Synthpopalooza Radio ...

JOY ELECTRIC: "Dance to Moroder" and "Apples of Gold", both off the new 2 CD set "The Art and Craft of Popular Music". Joy Electric takes a retro electroclash turn on his music.

VENUS HUM: "Hummingbirds" and "Illume", both off the new EP "Hummingbirds". This female fronted group from Tennessee is recommended if you like Bjork.

TRAVELOGUE: "Cactus", from the album "The Art of Conversation". Retro early Human League, meets the old west.

MERGE: "Lost in Eternity" from the ADD Compilation "Shadow Dancing 2". A very good quality German synthpop act.

IMAGINARIUS: "Oxygen" and "Plastic Girl", from the mp3.com CD "21st Century". Darkwave synthpop meets breakbeats and other odd styles.

SELECTED AREA: "Rain", from the mp3.com CD "Like This New Power!". This one is really danceable, and addictive. One of the most promising bands in Sweden

NORWAY: "It's Only Pop", from the album "Geometry not Geography". All vocoder, all the time, but just the thing if you like old school minimalist synthpop.

NO DECAY: "A Place to Be" and "The Man Who Sold His Face", from the "Supernova" album. Daniel Boese's vocals are simply out of this world.

This is just a sampling of what is available here. To listen to these tracks, tune into Synthpopalooza Radio at http://www.synthpop.fm ... and keep on synthpoppin'!
