After reading some stuff about Agnes Poetry I found out that the members were related to eachother, they were family.
And since a while back I also know that Red Flag consists of two brothers...
And who said that family canīt do anything like this together?
Is there any other band Iīve missed that also got members that are family?

LOL You bad you JOEL !! Just leave them all alone. In fact they no longer together anymore. So, end of the story.
As for Agnes Poetry. Yes, they all are brothers and sister. Aren't they cute? Seems like one happy family !! Viva Agnes Poetry. The resurrection has just begun.

Ok, here's some family acts for you:
House of Wires featured Chris and Jon Sonnenberg. Chris also collaborated on Jon's solo work as Travelogue.
Spray is a brother-sister duo from England signed to Ninthwave records. http://www.spraynet.co.uk
Hand Held Halo is a husband-wife duo (in addition to being behind the label of the same name)
Attic Base is a female fronted trio with two brothers in it. http://www.atticbase.com

The Kray Twins.
Speaking of an electric relation. The two brothers played the infamous English mobsters in the movie.
Also, there was a song called "The Kray Twins" by Renegade Soundwave (RSW). A band which really deserves a lot of respect, but I never hear them mentioned on this board. Well, we'll save that for another thread.

That's all I can think of for now.

Just to tie everything nicely back to synthpop, I have a white label promo of a secret side project 'one-off' track with Vince Clarke and RSW called "The Boy Could Whistle"
It actually kinda sucks.. probably why it was never released to the public. It sounds like a bad "Tom's Diner" rip off.

Oh geeze, didnīt know that there were soo many relations around!
Isnīt it just too sweet when a couple, a husband and a wife is making music together? Then you got the perfect releationship!
Or something...
Hand Held Halo, have heard one cover made by them...Somewhere over the rainbow.

As an interesting note: My fiancee Beverly is from Te Awamutu, New Zealand ... the same town that the brothers Finn are from ... and she even went to the same school as Neil Finn, and he came across a high school band she used to play guitar in, and gave them a nice comment. :)

I have the song "I Feel" which is on their "Virtually Free CD" sampler. Debbie Houldridge also contributes to the electronic project Seratonal, along with Paul Adams (aka Seven Words) ... she's got a really good voice too!

Like 7red7 says, those Duranies are not related.
And speaking of not related . . .
how on earth is it that Ted Ottaviano and Susan Ottaviano of Book of Love can share such a unique last name and not be related? Not only were they in Book Of Love together, but met when going to the same High School.
Weird . . .
