Rocklegend covers Personal Jesus

A wellknown rocker here in Sweden has made a cover of Personal Jesus, just got to hear it, it´s in fact pretty good, even though I can´t hear any synths, only guitarrs.
Anyone heard this one?

I actually liked the acoustic version of Personal Jesus above the synthed-out electro-guitar one.

The vocals isn´t the best, but the music is much better.
Even without synths :D

There is a cover of Personal Jesus on the new Gravity KIlls album. Its pretty boring if you ask me, which was a disappointment as I have been a big GK fan for years.

Better than DM''s pump mix though :)

OK, my opinion:

Music:
Too guitar-oriented. I miss the synthesizers! It's very repetitive and boring. And I don't like how he changed the guitar riff. Sounds bad.

Vocals:
Horrible!! His voice is so stiff, it sounds like he's some programmed machine :D He totally lacks that swing that David has in his voice. And you can really hear he's a swede too. He's got an accent.

Nope. Definitely not good. Better(or less bad, rather) than the previously mentioned(rammstein, poop fabric :D), but still far from decent.

Even though it´s only guitarrs...the intro is terrific!!
Sure, as I´ve said earlier the vocals are terrible... No emotions in the voice! Pure crap! And about the swedish accent.
I don´t think that is the major thing about it, you can be charming even with a swedish accent... but poor Jerry doesn´t manage to lift this song up.
