Yeppers, I'm off at 8pm tonight and I already have my 10:15 tickets...I want to see the scenes with the Mole...That cracks me up everytime I see the preview commercials
I also want to see the jailhouse rap Dr. Evil does with his rendition of Hard Knocks Life...Oh it's gonna be rib spiltting!!!

Is it me, or am I just expecting the same jokes to be rehashed over and over? I mean, the the whole Scott Evil "shushing" gets annoying after a while.
I did love the first one, however. I doubt they can top the one that started it all.

The shushing does get a bit old...But hey Philip we got The Mole to laugh at this time
The first one rocked though!!!
For me though it's not even about Austin, I'm in it for Dr. Evil and Fat ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤...

I haven't even seen the first two. Which is the better movie to rent?

Definitely the first one, Steph. Then, if you really like that one, The Spy Who Shagged Me is a safe bet. :)

I really hope this movie doesnt tank... cuz the previews make it out to be the least funny of the three. I wanna see this franchise go on forever. Well.. if it can stay funny.

The worst thing I can see they did was hire The Destiny's Child singer to play the lead female role...She can't act very well, and thats just going off of the commercials...I'd prefer actresses, not performing artists who want to broaden their horizons...JMO :)

Gonna go see it on Monday with a bunch of my friends. I've read some mixed reviews on it. I don't always agree with the critics. Give me some reviews if you get a chance. I know I can trust the EG Review Team!!!

So I went to see this movie last night and uhm...all I can say is, if you really really want to see it, go in there with very very low expectations, and then it might be sorta good. I laughed probably during 25% of all the jokes. Some of them, like tha jail house rock one, seemed just too embarrasing to even watch. I don't know, maybe it's me, but the other 4 people I went to were silent as well. Don't get me wrong, this movie DOES have it's surprises and funny parts (though not many). If you go see it, see it with a lot of people, since that will probably help.
I know I'm not revealing anything, ... and I'm doing that on purpose. I think this is my least favorite of the 3....but then again, I liked 2 better then 1.

I did not like the movie.. The beginning was very funny but I think it went down hill from there... It's silly but not funny silly, know what i mean... I mean I luv part one, i've seen it kazillion times but the script for Goldmember didn't really due it's justice.. The character's however are very funny... Other than that ,good luck on the next fan.. I'm still a Mike Myers fan though..

You know...after the really funny part in the first 10 minutes...the next 15 or 20 minutes of it...I was waiting for Austin Powers to wake up from a dream. Cause I thought it was....thinking that it was just too ridiculous and bad to be part of the actual plot line. Unfortunately, no waking up from a dream sequence came.
They didn't even explain some people that weren't on this film from the last one. **Notice how I'm not mentioning names of actors or characters. Don't want to give anything ANYTHING way**
Like from the first film to the second film,...they explain why Hurley wasn't in the 2nd film pretty quickly. Ggrrr. I spent money on the 3rd film? Oh well...had to support it somehow I guess.

well i'll be seeing it soon...i mean COME ON...doctor evil finally gets sharkes with frickin' laser beams attached to their foreheads...
doesn't he?! lmao...
sure they re-use a lot of jokes but as long as there's lots of doctor evil i'll have some good laughs.

Sharkes with frickin' laser beams attached to their foreheads rule.
Yes...there are a lot of Dr. Evil scenes in the movie...which I thought were funnier then the Austin Powers scenes.

LOL, by saying that, you sort of did give it away :)
It's okay though, I don't have any high expectations of this movie anyway.
Well, I guess they're going the James Bond/Indiana Jones route.

No Glo...youa re not alone. A lot of those jokes were lame. I guess you had to go in their with a childish sense of humor...which I should've I guess. In retrospective, after seeing the movie on opening night...my brain has decided to block out all the bad parts of the movie, and only remember the good parts...so for some reason I know think it was a decent movie. Don't know what is going on. I need help. I know it wasn't good...but ....i just can't remember the bad parts.

nah the sharks where still the shiznit guys! doctor evil saved the day once again...had there not been a heavy dosage of him the movie would have been much worse (and it was already on it's way to much worse)
i thought the joke (in the movie) about re-using the jokes from the first 2 movies was extremely brave!
mini-austin was so damn funny...how many beatings can that midget take too? lmao!
