No. Their song "Days Go By" is felt by many people to sound like "I Feel Loved". I don't think it sounds all that similar - the basslines have a similar structure, but the structure they use isn't all that rare.

There is this car commercial LExus I think with this guy with the curly hair, and 3 girls inside that car driving around..
Is that it? The bassline sounds like "I feel love" .... They were playing that song a lot at the cruise and also was played a lot at 93.1 dance station Fort Lauderdale.

Heard it, and I didn't think it sounded like "I Feel Loved"
Don't know why people think it was a cover. :-)

I agree it isn't a cover nor a rip-off, but I do hear similarities...

it's obvious that it isn't a cover, but the very first time I heard that song [outside of the commercial], one of the first things I thought was "that bassline is like a total ripoff of 'I feel loved'". I'm glad I wasn't hearing things and that I wasn't the only person who thought that.
