I have this cd. I just haven't listened to it before. I bought 8 De/Vision cds back in April. I am listening to it right now. I am on track 7, The Gold of the Poor and I really like what I am hearing. So far, I really like:

If We Should Ignore This
Desertland
What I Feel
The Gold of the Poor

I guess I should have listened to it sooner. I guess now is as good a time to start.

That sounds familiar!!!

Well, I quickly listened to Antiquity. I really liked it! =) I would have to add Into Another World to my list of those I like. I guess I should listen to all of the cds I bought. Ahhh, SGTW was a distraction. LOL.

So, what did ya think of WTE? Do you have 7? Sooo many cds, sooo little time. =(

So, what's the story behind this album?

Well, it's a shame that they didn't make it onto any album, but yet cool that they released an album with tracks like this. :)

LOL, you're listening to it--so you see, it did make it onto an album. :p

I have this and all other albums.

But I don't like much this one, is the worst album by De/Vision in my opinion. They have a lot of really better unreleased songs that must be released aside these ones.

But is a question of taste. :)

I just listened to the cd again, this time taking my time with each track. OMG!!! I love it!!!! You are right, every track is a gem. I wish I would have listened to it sooner.

Guyver, you are right. It did make it onto an album.

it's a kind of "in between" cd. A cd that stands for itself. no single, no song on a compilation and not performed live after release. something for the fans and something for the band: using the chance to record this wonderfull songs in a professional studio.

I bought this one too on the festival, havenīt opened it yet, so havenīt heard anything from it either.

Will be interesting, like everything (almost) De/Visionīs has made before Two. Not that I donīt like that album, but I love the stuff they put on earlier.

"you are as much a freak as i am

buying cds and not listening to them for months.. SHEESH

i just listened to Welcome To Earth all the way through for the first time yesterday.. no joke"

I know what you mean. I bought all the cd singles and several other albums directly from De/Vision service in Germany to complete my De/Vision collection and still haven't had a listen to them. I already listen to all their b-sides on a cd-r I have but now I have original and also the remixes. Currently listening to Antiquity.

Heh, what is wrong with you people? J/K
The first first thing I do when I get new CDs is open them and listen to them all the way through. It's like getting a present. :)

Hello. I didn't like Antiquity at first, but it really grows the more I listen to it. It cannot compete with the "real" albums, but it is still quite good...

This cd was a joy for me to discover. I first listened to Zehn and then Monosex and then went back and got all the older albums up until then. When I finally got Antiquity it was perfect timing, as I was craving some more of their older style.

Of course I love all devision songs for different reasons, except fpr that horrible demo I heard once from Liav before it got pulled form his site because it was bootleg.
