Anyone with the EGN Currency sufficient for the said purchase(s) can purchase these or any other items in the shop. Why do you ask? You have already purchased several items from the shop and they are on their way to you in Sweden... So?

No, I thought about what you wrote in the info about the shop: "Only one item/member allowed" Did you mean like you can´t buy more than one copy of each item?

Yea, it is only one item per member as in any member can only buy any one item once...
