Just wanted to share a quick mix I made the other day. The file is 26.7MB...29min 11sec long, so download it if you have the time. It will only be available to download for a few days. So grab it while you can.

You shall be known as that and that is what you shall be known by. No more shall you be Erick for Erick is not your name. You are a mixing machine, v2. Regrettably, v1 was short lived and had errors in its program which didn't allow us to bring it on-line for more than only a short time. While attempting to mix the Go-Go's "We Got the Beat" into Adam Ant's "Viva La Rock", it short circuited and started to fling records at its creators. It was a frightening ordeal to be sure....both from the music and the flying records.

Just a few more days before I take this mix down and upload a new one. Taking any requests if anyone is interested. Just email me at: noirtec@aol.com and let me know what you would like on the next mix. Already had some people requesting songs. Keep in mind that I want to keep it kinda synthpoppish...so I hope no one will be requesting power noize songs. :-)
The next mix will also be 30 minutes long, and should be around the same file size. Will try to make a new one each week, if I can. Have fun with them!

Hey all...
I'm having a small issue with the next mix, so it might be a few days late. What does all this mean?...it means that MIX1 will be up for a few more days for your downloading pleasure.

Speaking of the mix....guess you noticed your "Warm Leatherette" remix on Mix1 huh? People trip out when they hear that remix. I had Meg guessing forever until the vocals finally kicked in. I'm really digging it. :-) You got any others?

I don't do too much remixing unless asked actually. However, we did a cover of Erasure's "Who Needs love Like That". It was released on an Erasure tribute a while back. Other artists on that CD were Echo Image, David Mahr, Shades of Grey, etc.

That cover was kind of harder edged, with a flat type of vocal. Got a bit of clubplay here and in Philly. I'll post it up in the next few days and you can pick it up if you want. It might work for you in the club. Who knows.
