Hello friends and fans of Mark Nicholas and Cosmicity.

I just wanted to post an update to let you know that I will be releasing a brand new album called "Perversions" at the beginning of January. (Just about 1 month away.)

This 13 track release contains totally reconsidered versions of songs from "Duchess 33", a couple of completely new tracks, and even a couple of reworked Cosmicity favorites (like a totally new version of the song "Your Beautiful Lie"). And when I say reconsidered, I really mean it. An uptempo dance song might be a lusty ballad now. What was once a huge and trippy beat might now be completely reworked to sound like an old Super Mario Brothers Nintendo Game. There's more enjoyment on here than one should be able to have listening to music. No, really. This much pleasure should only come from, like, eating really good sandwiches. Or maybe stealing office supplies. Definitely not music... but hey, I've always been about breaking the rules. Pleasure: it's not just about really good sandwiches anymore.

Final track list:

1. Two Sandwiches (Detroit Mix)
2. The Measure of Pleasure (Sad Bastard Mix)
3. Maniac (yes, I covered that song from Flashdance)
4. I Wish I Wanted You (DJ Ginger Snapp's Mashup of "I Wish" with "I Want You")
5. Coming Clean (Club Mix)
6. Backlash (8-Bit Mix)
7. Perverse (Original Demo)
8. Little Goth Girl (Ethereal Mix)
9. Selective Memory Loss (Pure and Simple Mix)
10. Goodnight My Love
11. Perverse (Syrian Remix)
12. Green California
13. Your Beautiful Lie (MN vs Cosmicity)

I'll post a new message when the album is available, so stay really really close to your e-mail. Seriously. Close. If you've got one of those bulky tower computers... just go ahead and throw that out. Then immediately go out and get a brand new notebook computer or an iPhone or something so you can take with you so you can get your e-mail wherever you go. Can you imagine how you'd feel if you only found out this album was available for purchase the day AFTER it came out? Yeah, I'll tell you how it'd feel: HORRIBLE. So, make sure you at least ask Santa for the latest in high tech communications equipment (I recommend products made by Apple) so as to avoid these potential disasters! (Yeah... maybe I did just buy a ton of tech stocks. What of it?)

And if I don't get a chance to post again before the holidays - happy holidays!
