If you were in possession of "The One Ring" ( Lord of the Rings)
what would you do with it? Would you try to wield it (note..the One Ring is inherently evil) , and what for, or would you destroy it? Hhhmmmm.......

Those of you who would keep it, what would you use it to do? The One Ring gives you the power and craft to do anything! In doing that though it will consume you! So I ask again, what would you use it for? Really?

I think, though, that when confronted withs ome sort of wishing ability I'd go for cash. It's so versatile... money means more CDs, and it means paying bills, and travelling, etc...

Seriously... The power to do anything... I'd equalize the power distribution in the world, HIDE for a year and see if that works, if it does, destroy the ring, if it doesn't... turn back time to the day I tried that IDEA and then destroy it after depositing a few bills in my checking account for my trouble. Oh yeah, spend that year thinking about a few other places that may do a good job spending a few bucks and make sure they get some money too.

Power is an evil thing. People who live for power scare me... most of them get bored with it and wield it like butcher's knife.

If you think that's crazy, wait until you see Part II -The Two Towers- and Part III - The Return of the King-. You will learn that the ring corrupts utterly. So for those of you who have noble intentions, your desire to do good will be circumvented by the evil of the "Ring". We cannot not wield it! Remember, it can have no other master...other than the Dark Lord ( and that's not any of you guys) *smirk*....no matter HOW EVIL you say you are! HAHA!

Hey Cheetah,

Get the extended DVD -out 12 Nov. 02 in the USA with 30 min. of extra footage previously unreleased. They'll be releasing a DVD of the theatrical version (from the theaters) in August, but unless you're obsessed like me, I'd buy the Nov. DVD!!
