Thirteen of the fifteen acts are being flown in specifically for Synthpop Goes the World.

I have a strong belief in community and have created a 'roll call' page that will help build the SGtW community.
visit http://members.rogers.com/sgtwrc/ to see where some of the fans are coming from. I am even surprised to see people travelling from as far as Costa Rica, England, Switzerland and all over the US.

If you wish to familiarize yourself with the music that will be performed I have set up 'SGtW Radio' on Live365.

This will be your chance to not only see many international acts but also to meet 100?s of other people with similar music tastes as you. Events like this are as much about the social aspects as they are about the music. Imagine 3 days of synth music, booze, hotel parties, shopping, and more? Exactly. ;)
Now is the time to show your support to the underground synth scene and prove to the European bands that North America is not a just a wasteland of bad rock music. If we can show them that there is a fan base here more synth bands may tour, more CD's will be released, and the scene will become stronger and healthier.

SGtW is the first time an event of this calibre has been attempted in North America. This is truly an international event that is drawing fans from all over the world. This is not just a music festival but an experience of a lifetime.
