Iris is "frick'en" cool! I just heard them yesterday for the first time on electrogarden.
I'm too lazy to read through all the threads and then piece everything together. Can anyone give me info on what they have done and if they are still making music.
How long has Annie.... been released? Web-site?

Darnocany....Well, once upon a time in a land far far away..... ;-)
Iris has been around for nearly a decade. Until this past year, the band consisted of Reagan Jones and Matt Morris. Today the band consists of the creative team Reagan Jones and Matthew Sega. Iris, originally called "Forgiving Iris," dropped the 'Forgiving' and just went with Iris. Iris's 1999 debut album, "Disconnect," was an awesome release. Their song, "Annie, Would I Lie To You" went to number eight on the European alternative billboard chart (I believe it was Germany!). There is a cult following for this band because of that album. Iris is currently in the studio recording their latest album, "Awakening." Should be excellent, as all their other stuff is! You should check out the single, "Lose in Wanting," it's awesome!!! Lovett's Sonar mix is my favorite. Also, the song "Everybody is Life" is kick-ass. Their website www.irismusic.com has some downloads for the upcoming album. Check them out. They are SO awesome!!! This band is going to take the electronic world by storm with the release of the new album....I just know it!!!!! Ask StephLadd, she'll say the same!!!!! :-) Am I right gurrrrrl????

What I know "Annie" was released at Cat Compilation II (Various Artist CD) under the name Forgiving Iris around 1996 I think.
In 1999 they was released as Iris at ADD.
