Sennheiser HD 650 for ipod?

Hi i would just like to know if the Sennheiser HD 650 is actually THAT good? and will it produce amazing sound with an ipod?

Also, does anyone know where i can get my hands on a pair for the cheapest price? Possible from somewhere in the philippines or somewhere that ships to the philippines. I don't care if they are second hand, as long as they are in good working condition

I think that the headphones that one may like are too subjective to try and define for certain. With headphones, I would recommend that you actually go to a store with your iPod and plug them in and give it a listen. If you are impressed then it works for you.

Good point, and I would add that ideally you would like to be able to A/B various headphones to the same source/song to compare and make your final decision.
