This forum reminds me a lot of the alphaville forum I´m always in. But it seems to be more action there than here. Is there anyone that are like me in my forum; always writing...??*lol*

So..I think you should take a look on the AV-forum,and you will se that there is one person...*me* that are very active there.

This forum is just getting started, or, rather, re-started. Don't worry, between us all, we'll get it hopping here.

Actually, the Alphaville show back in '99 is what got me into the whole modern Synthpop thing. Marion & co. were great, but I was really struck by the opening acts, particularly Monolithic. It was then that I realised how much good stuff there was coming out now, and how much I was missing by being stuck in the same-old thing. With very few exceptions, most of the music I bought was replacements for my old tapes from the 80's, and nothing really excited me. Then, I got into this stuff, and suddenly, discovering new music was just as exciting as it was back when I was young. Guess I'm going thru a mid-life crisis, or something.
