Surprised? With all the talk of privacy and how to maintain it in the US it looks like it is not working. The US now has less privacy than Romania in the old soviet block, LMAO. I bet most of it is from online profiling and information correlation that companies like Google are storing and mining. This information is also for sale to the highest bidder, I bet. :sick: Sickening.

Well England has nothing but cameras all over the place so what is the deal there?
Like you said, information is being harvested and aggregated through the ISP's which are probably in on the whole data collection madness.

if id thieves can be so free and rich in the us then that tells you just how private or secure your info is

The problem in the US is that the information we deem private is for sale, i.e. where there is money to be made it will be.
