I am working with Mac-based Pro Tools LE (7.1.1.). I use the selection tool to highlight the portion of a keyboard part that I want to loop for the remainder of the song. I group this region, then loop it. I then replay the track and when it gets to the looped part, the first loop is on beat, but the second (and consecutive) loops gradually fall more and more off beat. I try and be very precise when I am selecting the region of audio that I want to be looped (I try and select it exactly so that it will always be on beat, no matter how many times I loop it). People keep telling me to simply be more exact when 'trimming' the audio. I don't think I can get more exact. Isn't there an easier way to get exact/on-beat loops with Pro Tools????
