Listen to the prophetic words of <:a href="http://kimclement.com/?menu=5&tab=about" target="_top"> Kim Clement </a>, the modern day prophet, his prophetic music inspires everyone. He also made prophetic books of where we could be more closer to God.So, mine, is him.

Didn't know that Leiahdorus were necessarily Christian, but I like them and The Echoing Green which are both on the A Different Drum label if I'm not mistaken.
Good stuff.

Jason Smith of Leiahdorus has played in the Echoing Green in the past. TEG is on ADD and Leiahdorus formerly was. Leiahdorus recently signed to Section44 records for their upcoming release.

This is Darla from Leiahdorus -- please allow me to clear up a few notions :)

Although we welcome listeners of all backgrounds/faiths (or lack thereof!) we are not actually a Christian band. I'm actually not sure how that rumor started or spread...Yes, Jason does play piano for the Echoing Green for live shows, but he is not in that band (even though we are all friends and have done our best to support each other's bands through the years). It is true that our upcoming album, "Ode to the Builders," will not be released under A Different Drum, but rather Section 44 -- but this is simply because Todd was not in a position to take on this venture. Todd and ADD are very dear to our hearts, and we will gladly be shipping off copies of this album to support those ADDicts and others who also know and support this label. I also believe there is this notion that ADD is a Christian label, and I can explain that too. It is true that in order to release an album through ADD you cannot have curse words or say anything offensive to God -- these are Todd's rules, and it is his label. These guidelines were not a problem for us, as we don't use curse words in our music and there is nothing religious in our songs. So that's it. I hope I clarified this, and I invite you all to our website to see more info on our soon-to-be-released album! www.Leiahdorus.com

Thank you!

I am still not clear what exactly is a Christian artist. If an artist believes in God and some lyrics have such content is that it or is it having overwhelming or majority of the content in the focus?

Don't know ... apparently I was mistaken about Leiahdorus. I guess they aren't Christian. *shrugs*

Adrian Belew is my favourite christian artist. My interest in Christian music stems from the 1980's when I was a DJ for a Southern-Baptist style AM radio station. I had my own Contemporary Christian Music program on Saturday nights, and have many fond memories from those days.
