A new band for me, not sure how long they have been around, but this is great sounding stuff.

I'm not too certain just when Assemblage 23 came into being, according to his FAQ page it was in 1988. The first encounter I had with them was back in 1997 when I heard their cover of "I Ran" (Flock of Seagulls) on the Newer Wave compilation; I was instantly hooked. "Contempt", which came out in 1999 was an amazing album, which to this day I think was their best and most original work. I spun the hell out it at clubs.

Yes, +1. Great work from him.
Something else to listen to with lyrics.

god this man has been around for ages, buts good, i heard he listened to depeche mode and decided that that kinda sound was for him and went for it, his discography is massive but amazing specially if u love the future/synthpop stuff, i prefer harder, but its good for a relaxed day :)
